Day 1 tomorrow

active amigos - i like it!! at the gym i did the run/walk thing no problems and a bit of lie back bike (bum too sore after yesterdays cycling to so proper sit up bike!) as it was nice and quiet in gym i got to do quite a few machines concentrating on arms and legs so no doubt i will suffer wednesday!! got an early (5.30am) train tomorrow to oxford so have packed my bar and tetras for the day wont get home till late so will be set for the day, i need a good day as scales seem to be creeping up not down last couple of days but then again its coming to that time of the month so will try and ignore and not jump on them! lizz well done ordering what you want and the way you want it, doesnt come naturally but when you are paying you should have what you wAnt muscles feel genuinely tired so off to sleep now!! sam


Oh my trainer has given me 3 leg machines n 3 arm machines to do just waiting for the list of ABs work next. I find it a nice rest inbetween my cardio bits lol. I've discovered im a beast at rowing who'd have thought it xx

yes i enjoyed it far more doing some weights in between , usually its so busy in the gym i dont get chance to choose equipment its nice that its so quiet

so up and out early this morning- yawn- only time for a coffee and walk to train station for the 5.32 am train yuck had to get umbrella out and coat this morning, i have soggy feet still though and wish i had put more practical shoes - just flat pumps - on

let hope i can dry out my shoes in the office

time for a snooze now!
 
I've had poorly poo's all night :( not happy at all.

Off to the gym now for a 40 min work out. 20 min treadmill, 10 min x trainer, 5 min bike, 5 min rowing machine today. Then a swim tonight if I have time after work.

Belly feels nice and empty but not for good reasons :(

still its nice to not feel bloated

i find when i travel anywhere it really affects my system - the routine change and food so sympathies

as i am up and out early i wont get chance for a morning poo and i will feel bloated all day!!! yuck

Well I finished my workout, got back to the room, and then did a poo so runny is was like weeing out of my arse! This does not please me. It also transpires that the trip to Plymouth is pretty much pointless. However I did get a 'you're half the woman you were' compliment today and lots of 'wow's' off my colleague :) image-2141367039.jpg Size 10 primarni and it's a little too big!

Dress looks brill Lizz shame about the toileting. Keep pushing the fluids or you will be dehydrated especially with all that exercise. I slept like a log last night. Scales are refusing to budge but they moved a lot last week and am exercising a lot so hopefully things will drop one day lol xx

Looking great Lizz! As autumn says get on the water. Watery poo and exercise means you need to make sure you're topped up. I find exercise loosens my bowels too so that's not unusual but pure liquid is! I hope you feel better soon. Xxx
 
Well my ass has been at it all bloody day :( Its been poo after poo after poo! Not fun! I'm also INSANELY hungry today!! I have work to be done tonight so not sure how i will get on with time for swimming, but i've been to tesco and got some chicken/rocket/cherry toms/blueberries/yogurt for dinner rather than having something from room service. I just have to pop out later to get more water.

How has everyone else's day been? xx
 
poor you liz horrid feeling hope u improve and can get a swim in

shitty day here too for different reasons !! now stuck on a packed train home and only had 1 product today as its been so manic. am hoping i can get another tetra down me and my salad sometime soon!!
 
What's happened Sam? Things ok? Hope you get your products all in you! Important not to skip any!

I'm now back to feeling bloated, and pooey again! :( goodness knows but i'm avoiding swimming thats for sure
 
i think i am just tired and sensitive amd emotional!
very early start on the train 4.5 hours work i am still getting used to a new team and new boss and feeling a bit paranoid that i am not what they want

a train was cancelled so everyone for 2 trains crammed onto 1 with standing room only but i am nearly home now and food wise just had a second tetra and more water and will have a bar tonight (had a salad and salmon flakes from marks simply food and a cup of tea)

dont think i am cut out for doing alot of travelling (i seem to be always complaining!!)
mind it was too early this morning and as my hubby will advise i am not a morning person!

not been for a poo all day so thats not good either but when i am travelling by car or train i seem to hold it in!!!

that should read 4.5 hour train journey then work 10-4 and then a 4.5 hour train journey home !!

Sam that is one hell of a day! I hope you don't have to do that too often? I complain about my commute sometimes but it's about half that! Hope the water and tetra went down well and you are able to get some rest!

Quick update on me. Still a bit stressed about this wedding and what to eat Thursday but am packing products like tetra and bars and as I have weigh in Friday I refuse to eat stuff off plan am saving myself for Sunday my steak and 6 fat chips with mushrooms and seafood starter aghhhh and will have walked it all off by Monday too.
Went to gym with jay tonight as my friend had to cancel so no nandos tea. Did our cardio seperately then did weights together which I found hilarious for some reason when I was driving home. Think he secretly likes having me there although it's made me realise how obsessed he is with looking like a god. OMG bore off tho seriously.
Had my quorn tea and now bar and bed with Geordie shore hahaha trash tv.

You'll be ok Autumn! Don't let anyone sabotage you, you're doing so well. Just enjoy the wedding and try to relax about the food. If there's nothing there for you just know you can have a product instead. Being good and going to the gym now means the treat on Sunday will be all the better!

As for me. Another day and this time I hit my calories! And lost another lb! So all in all it is good. Still finding my stride with the whole thing, I will settle eventually. And I have booked in my sit in sessions with my CDC so am another step closer to becoming a CDC myself.

Just done 40 min in the gym on my final morning in plymouth! I have work to get done this morning before i leave so just sat in the room with my laptop calming down. Yesterday i was deffo over my 1000 cals, only by 100 but we all know how anal i am lol. i just really needed the food. I didnt have anything bad beyond 12 tic tacs. I can cope with that. the rest, freya can have when i get home. Got my breakfast berries and gralona! then home at 10ish xx
