Glad you had a good day, just watch you're not drinking too much. I hate being in the loo all day, wastes so much time, but getting rid of the fat is so worth it.
It's unlikely to make any difference to your weight loss, but some people get thirsty so like to drink more than others.
As long as you make sure you have your 2.25L (plus a little more if you have bars or tetras), then drink more if you are thirsty or fancy a drink, you'll be fine.
I know some CDCs that suggest you don't go over 4L, but I feel we are all different and if you are really craving a drink, then you should have one
