Day 1 - YESSSSSSS!

Good evening!
after hitting a real low last night, I went to bed, had a cry and woke up this morning with a whole new attitude.
I am pleased to say that I have had a red day, and stuck 100%! No sins yet used, all of my HEx's weighed and measured, and three filling meals.
If i have the urge to snack, I have a mullerlight beside me on the sofa. If i dont want that - then i dont want anything!
Heres to Day 2, and hopefully a fab weekend.

I have saved my sins from yest to enjoy a nice glass or two of red tonight with my OH, after he makes me pasta & Meatballs (SW of course!) delightful - a perfect Friday night!

I feel so full of beans and happy today - a different person to Weds
