Hi all,
I've just started LT and getting through the day better than i thought i would!!
I had a shake for breakfast and a flapjack for lunch(palatable but yuk!)
It was really hard making a roast dinner for the family but i had a nice soak in the bath when they were eating.
I thought i'd come on here to read your threads to spur me on, as you are all doing so so well and helped me to give me the push to give this a go.

Good luck to you Tracie, you've done so well avoiding the Roast...definately on the right track, keep it up!

Hiya well done on the roast.........I would enjoy cooking just to smell the food then would occupy myself whilst they ate......I am starting tomo....so look forward to seeing your progress too

Best to avoid the flapjacks until week 3 at least. They are horrid anyway but your taste should adjust after a few weeks.

If you got a few flapjacks and don't like them, you should be able to exchange unused ones at your pharmacy.

First few days are a strain, but it really does get so much easier.

Thanks all for the encouragement. Got through day one and am so proud of myself as it was hard.

I think i will be giving the flapjacks a miss from now on though as they gave me a bit of an upset tummy. Loving the shakes though.
