Day 1

I am nearly through my first day, I am not going to call it a restart even though it is, I am looking at it as my first day on CD. So far I feel ok and have just finished my 2nd sachet, I am saving my frozen tetra for later.
I am also looking forward to seeing my ticker move in the right direction at the end of the week.

Yayy well done on getting through day 1, just keep taking it one day at a time and watch that ticker zoom downwards.

Well I managed to get through day one and I am nearly through day 2 with no problems as yet. I am out soon and will keep my frozen tetra until I get back in a 9pm.
