Day 1

Hi all,
This is day one for me and i am so glad i have switched here from LT.
I can honestly say that i loved the toffee, nut & raisin bar at lunchtime and the Thai Chicken soup was really nice just now.
Just having such a variety of flavours is making me actually look forward to what i am having next.
Had a slight headache this afternoon but fully expected it and paracetamol have held the worst of it at bay.
Now approaching my danger time 7pm onwards but it's just a case of breaking bad habits.
I'm sure there will be flavours i don't like but so far so good xx

Hi platinum babe, well done on ur losses. I've just ordered a months supply with porridge and paid £140 and then looked at slim and save and see they have 4 packs a day with meal packs and it's less than what I paid, doh! Much prefer 4 packs a day, might try it next month.

Hi Babs , I tried the a couple of samples from slim and save and they were nice . But have exante supply till the end of march , so may have a swap in april , mix it up a bit .
