Well day 1, weighd in @ 16s 1lb
Feeling Great
Had my 3 shakes and 4 pints of water
Just done 1 hours Aqua Fit class
Have been told I need 4 shakes a day as doing a lot of exercise but I've decided to have 3 1/2 shakes and make the half into a hot drink
Hope I feel good tomorrow aswell
 
Hi, I had a sort of false start in January ( was doing well until had a health issue... long story,its in my diary!) I restarted 4 weeks ago & am finding it ok. I've lost just over a stone despite a couple of lapses (meals out etc.) I've got to lose as much weight as possible before a knee replacement op in a few weeks, so chose to do a VCLD. Good luck, hope it goes well for you x
