Just realised i've not posted any updates on here for a few days, so here goes...
I'm on day 11 and pleased to say I feel fantastic!! I am no longer hungry and my craving for garlic bread is slowly but surely going I seen my bf last night for the first time since I started this diet and he said he could really tell i'd lost weight in my face yaaaay! And even though I don't think I look any different yet I feel so much more confident!
Another plus.. I love the chicken soup! *freak* ha!
Slight downside though... My not so fresh breath and dry mouth eww!
I originally planned to stay on TFR for 2-3 weeks but i'm going to stay with it for at 5 weeks, then do refeed for 2 and then my holiday
I am sooooooo scared of putting the weight back on though after some stuff I've read online! But I'm in control of what I eat so as long as I know I'm eating the right things I won't feel bad if I do put some back on!
