Day 11 Weigh In

My consultant is going on holiday tomorrow so had to have a day 11 weigh in. I know its mainly water but have lost 17lbs - am so pleased. It was a real struggle getting re-started but feels worth it now! Thanks everyone for all the support you have given me on here - it makes such a huge difference. Lets hope this is me in the zone now until I get to goal!

Wow Bessie, well done! At 11 days, a good chunk of it is likely to be fat as well. This first loss is always such a boost, isn't it?
