it was ok lol i was just relieved,was worrying a little after eating certain things that i perhaps shouldnt of but lesson learned ! going to be careful this week then i dont have to go through the worry,got my maintenance bar now 2, i found running out of those didnt help at all as i felt more hungry,they are really filling and keep me full for ages. hmmmm here's to next week
