day 2 and a few questions

hello all,im on day 2,i found yesterday to be overall ok,but i definitely noticed my mood was low,i was freezing and just felt not really like me,and thats day one,didnt really expect to feel any of those things till day 3 or 4.
I drank 4 litres of water,no problem,1 shake and 2 soups,actually quite like the soups..i want to know how will i know when im in ketosis?? will i wake up one morning suddenly full of beans with bad breath??
My pharmasist told me that she thought green tea was ok to have (thought??) and that pepper would be fine with the soup (i thought it wasnt)
is there anywhere i can jus waffle on about my journey as i feel it may help,and love getting feedback,this is all new to me :)

Both S&P are fine with soups. Not sure about tea, as I don't drink it.
I struggled with the whole ketosis thing, so I bought ketosticks from the chemist to check when I peed.
You'll probably hit ketosis the end of the first week? (I guess everyone is different?)
Feeling cold is normal.
I tend to freeze up and get the shakes after I've had a shake.

Salt & pepper aren't allowed officially but people do add them.

Id defo steer clear if salt though. It's really not needed and might make you retain water :)
