Day 2 and in Ketosis ????????????

Hey guys and gals,

Well is it right or have i done something wrong??????????? I bought some Ketostix last night in prep for testing and being the impatient one i am thought i would give one a go as i feel quite euphoric today and even though its quite a nice day a bit chilly.

Please look at what i have had and let me know if i have done anything wrong??


Here below is my intake

Breakfast 2 mugs black coffee
Mid Morning Choc CD Shake
1 pint water
1 black coffee
Late afternoon strawberry CD shake
2 pints water
Evening CD Vegetable soup
2 pints water
1 mug white tea (no milk)

Breakfast 2 mugs black coffee
1 pint water

Well done you :) That is very quick to go into ketosis but you only go into it when your body has used up it's glycogen stores and starts burning fat as it's main source of energy instead....perhaps you did not have a huge store of glycogen in the first place? If you had been cutting down on carbs before starting or just are not a complete carb addict it is entirely possible.
Hopefully you will have a great loss for your first week, keep us posted.
