well 2day was ok, i didnt cheat but found the day a drag an i couldnt seem to concentrate on anythin. lol :confused:

i am pleased wiv myself tho as i was offered a jaffa cake by a girl i work wiv an i resisted. :D

also i work in a dvd shop at night an we av pik n mix!!! i used to nibble on that an would always av a ribena an sum choc.i was worried i wud b tempted but i didnt even struggle!!! didnt bother me at all. yay :girlpower::bliss:

not sayin i wnt av moments wen i think wots th point but im rememberin the reasons im doin this an its keepin me strong! :character00116:

Good for you Bex for getting through all that. I've just done day 5 and all is well.

Keep your goal in mind, it really does help!

Well done. I have 2 days behind me too so am thrilled. am not finding it too bad either but suspect I havent hit the wall yet!!!! I tortured myself last night by frying up yest potatoes with some onions and chorizo for my hubby and kids. The smell was torture but I went and had a nice warm bath to escape!!!

We have to keep focused on why we are doing this.

If you can get through that, you will get through anything!!

I went for a meal with my family on Sun and got through that. Just sipped black coffee and water while they got stuck into 3 courses!! But felt fine!!

Was a bit worse when they stayed an extra day with us and I was making toast and sandwiches for them - got a bit grumpy!!! But I did it!!

You'll be surprised where your willpower comes from, the longer you are on this!

Well done to you all for getting through your early days. It does take a while to get into the new routine but you will adjust physically and emotionally to it. Keep up your water intake. Keep it with you at all times and keep sipping at it. Water really helps to keep you hydrated and thus avoid feeling hungry. It also gives you something to do with your hands!!! It is only when we stop eating that we realise just how much time we spend around food!!!

so true.its made me see how much i spent eatin as now ive got extra time on my hands. lol. on day 4 now an feelin ok.not sure if in ketosis tho????

Hi Bex, well done for getting to day 4. If you aren't in ketosis already you will be very soon. It's true about having extra time on your hands, my house has never been tidier. Good luck with day 5. Not long til your first weigh in and we know how that will inspire us!
