Hope everyone is doing ok!
I've nearly completed my second day,all ok apart from a bit of a headache but that could be anything I guess.
I had a toffee bar at 6.30....yum,a strawberry shake at 12.30....ok-ish and a mushroom soup at 4.30....also yum-ish.
I've drank 3 litres of water so far and not feeling too bad at the mo.
I'm hoping to start a bit of exercise on Monday,maybe 30 minute uphill walk on the treadmill.
Should that be ok,or should I leave it a bit longer from when I started?
Any advice is really welcome.
