Day 2 - going well

Well I started back on Mon - and so far so good - on day 2 of green day....dont feel hungry inbetween meals - if I do I reach for fruit and not biscuits :)

Been to the gym today to do circuits and doing an 8mile run tomorrow.... (might be less due to how hot it is!!!)

Going to a 40th BBQ on Sat - so will do red day - and leave out the bread!!!!

Pop on here everyday for a read - that keeps me going....

have 6 wks until holiday and want to lose 10lbs...fingers crossed..(have more to lose but that is my first target :)

Hi, I started end of may and have found this site a real boom hope your bbq goes well, and good luck with your run, they say its going to be hot!!!!
