Day 1 i had;
b - hot choc mint cd shake
l - atkins choc brownie bar (3g carbs)
t - garlic and paprika chicken pieces (5g carbs)
snacks - 2 boiled eggs
Day 2 ive had;
b - hot choc mint cd shake
l - 2 chicken breast with ceasar dressing (4g carbs)
t - chicken breast in chinese spices (1g carbs)
i do feel good and not hungry, oh ive had a small bottle of diet coke on each day and 2/3l of water.
wondering about weight loss... still 10,7 so better than a gain but waiting to see how long it takes to drop to next lb.
might be back to ss'ing next week :sigh:
