day 2 over at last LOL!

Evening everyone, im so pleased as I have managed to get through x2 days s/s no cheats no blips (like last time!) im well chuffed! I am hungry but have just had my last shake of the day chocolate orange with hot water was scrummy!! Well everyone says the first 3 days are the hardest so hopefully I can get through tommorrow......I have set myself a target of losing at least 2st by the 30th September and I WILL stick to it this time, if anyone wants to join in it would be great to do it with someone! NIght all! :)

Hiya hun well done on day 2 keep it up! Im on day 1 ssing had a small blip this afternoon (gutted). So had a nap for a couple of hours which helped. lol

So heres to day 2 and need to be 100% just like u.lol i will post daily hope this with keep me on track now.! xx

Hi Shanny, its hard isnt it! I got up this morning and jumped straight on the scales lol have lost a lb so was well chuffed :) :) :)

I am working in the office today this is always my downfall as we all go for lunch at the pub next door but today I have come in prepared I have brought my blender to work a big 2lt bottle of fizzy water and my massive coffee cup! Feeling good so far! Hope you are doing well today :) :)

Morning wtbs im up had a shake and water im feeling tired already so may go back to bed again until its time to have another shake lol.

I woke up talking to myself lol i cant let myself down again today.

Can i ask what make are you scales?? I need to buy new one's tomorrow my weight watchers ones are rubbish.

Oh poor you, wish I could sleep through these couple of days my head is banging! I have had so far nearly 2 lts of water x2 large coffees im not hungry but will have a shake in a min, I will then have another at about 5ish then while sitting with hubby later will have a hot shake about 9ish.

My scales are old rubbish ones from wollies lol, i know I need new ones but am going to resist as im sure mine weigh me in a bit lighter haha

Afternoon im sat here with my water fill so full now had a long nap feel bit better for now.

Im not hungary really just fancy certain snacks lol. what time do you finish work? x

Hello ladies, hope you dont mind me butting in....

Im back on the SS'ing on Tuesday hopefully... and am dreading it a tiny bit... going to be really organised and stick to it 100% going to try and SS for 7weeks then up to the next level and so on..... so scared about doing it again...

Did it last year and it was brill... really quick and motivating losses which is the only way i seem to stick to anything!... but since my holiday (in August 2008) i have put it all back on.. :(..

Fingers crossed for my hellish 3 days!..

Hope you have a brill weekend... i found last time getting into a good book.. or at the time i was watching 24 from the start as i hadnt seen any.. so i was completely addicted.. and before i knew it i had lost a couple of hours.. and hadnt though of food once... which is brill for those evenings where you would normally have a biscuit or 78!.. :)
