day 2 over yipeeeee!!!

    hi all,

    oh my days what a day this is prob be a long one so i apologise in advance..

    day 1: yesterday did well drank 4 litres of water spent day on loo...gr8

    day 2: didnt have a good sleep last night took awhile to get off as dreamt about everything food etc woke up at 6.30 had mini breakdown on phone to mum thinking i cant do it mum was amazing as always and i was fine dressed,fed kids dropped to school, had shake, went to work had busy day in work, then another shake,came home took stuff from garage to tip,then picked kids up from school, had my sons little friend for tea bit of a madhouse, cooked food, friend went bathed kids then they went to bed, then i had shower and done my hair then had 3rd shake, then did ironing for 1 hr and half, and now just sat down!!!

    ok so yr prob thinking strange woman/nutcase/should be sectioned
    but i can honestly say if i hadnt been so busy today i would have quit!

    i am worn out now so staying on here for 5 and then going to bed,
    cant believe i made it thru today !!! :D:D:D:D:D:D

    OMGOSH you have done AMAZING!!! you have got through day 2... you never have to do day 2 again yay!! you have been so strong your head is in the right place... i know u can do this!! <3 xxx

    The Cambridge Diet
    Keep going, the first week is the hardest. After that a lot easier especially when you see the weight drop off...always a good day on THAT day :p
