Hi Everyone,

That's what I had on Tuesday,

Breakfast: Summer Fruit shake+750 ml of Water. Normally I drink half the bottle before the share and the rest within in hour after the shake

Lunch: Tuna in brine (net weight 150 g)+ Bow of salad with Lettuce(julienne) + 1/4 of red onion+1/5 cucumber + 4 cherry tomatoes + 2 celery sticks + 2.5 table spoons of Wine vinegar with a bit of salt, delicious....:) After that I had a mint tea + 750 ml of water within the following hour

Dinner: Same as lunch+ 750 ml of water within the following hour.
