Day 2...Struggling...

Hiya, I wasnt going to post anything but I forgot how hard a VLCD is to start. I did Lipotrim a few years ago but put all the weight back on plus a few extra stone. I remember the support was brilliant and inspiring so here I go again.
Tried the soup and it was discusting. I usually make the shakes and down them, I dont find it a pleasurable experience at all. I found my self doubting why I was doing this in the first place...just need to get this week over. I hate being fat and Im on fast track slippery slope to weight related health problems so I need to keep remembering this (and I want to buy normal sized clothes in normal shops)
Making a meal for the family last night was a killer!! First challenge over.
Lunch with friends today so need to keep strong...black coffee for me!!!

Hi Lou, I don't have to tell you but the first week is the hardest. If you can get through the next 2 days and into ketosis it will get easier.
I don't like the soups so can't wait to finish this batch and order shakes and bars. I add black pepper to mine and almost double the water to get them down quicker with less taste, that way you up the water intake too :p bonus!
You have highlighted exactly why you want this, health and feeling better about yourself.

i know how hard it is - honest!

Try and stick with it though, as the results are just so worth it :D

I found the first 3-4 days the hardest, then it really does get easier. Now in week 11 and finding it just part of my daily routine.

I am so pleased with the weight I have lost already. Although I have a significant amount more to lose, I feel so motivated and know that this time I absolutely will get to my goal weight - and, more importantly, stay there!! :D

I do not want arthritis, diabetes and all the other horrid things that are coming my way if I do not change my life :(

Use the support here - it is great!!

When you feel you might cave in - don't!!!

Post on here, have a bath, paint your nails.......anything but go into the kitchen! :D

Hi. I am on my 2nd week. My 1st week was very hard, but i was strong and kept myself busy.drank lots of water,bubble baths, early nights. I am so glad i stuck to it and i got a happy shcok when i stood on the scales for my 1st weigh in :)
