Step 1 Sole Source Day 2 - when will the migraines stop

I'm on day two and really struggling with migraines, could hardly keep my eyes open at work today.

Someone please tell me how long it takes for the migraines to subside?

I didn't suffer from migraines, just slight headaches which were gone completely by day 5! Hope u start to feel better soon x

I am on day 6 and on day 2 had terrible head I took some strong painkillers and went to bed! I have not had a bad head since, I have made sure I drink plenty of water.

I had them for the first day and late in the 2nd I found mine went away when I started to have black coffee again, I think withdrawal from food, carbs and caffine left my brain on its butt. Hopefully they pass soon x

Im on day 2 but I'm struggling with coldness and a real lack of concentration? I know that by day 5 I'm buzzing with energy and feeling great.

Just wondered whether any one else has issues with concentration?

I had problems yesterday with concentration & migraines (day2)

Today (day3) only a mild headache, cold and heart burn I can handle that.
