And all seems well! As usual Im having to control what I drink!! I usually drink at least 3l of water even when Im not on LT so I have to be careful not to over drink water!!

I decided to have my 1st shake late today but my meeting ran over and I didnt get my shake 'til nearly 2.... I was starving!! Belly roaring at me!! Ive already had 2.5l of water so Im trying to be careful now!

Planning another early'ish night, so will have my 2nd shake around 5-6 and my last about 8.30!

You are doing great hun. Early night sounds like a good idea!!! Once you get over the first few days you'll be flying high!!!!
