Day 2!!!

Yes it always is a problem weekend when you socialise more and do nice things. Didnt have a drink last night, but I feel a gin and slimline coming on tonight! Have good weekend everyone:)
 
Syn free day up to now although I've got family coming up and we usually have wine and nibbles!! Going to make quorn curry and boiled rice for everyone tho!
 
I had 2 glasses of wine last night which were very nice but they made me very drowsy and I was asleep for 10.30! I only had about 30 syns ( all on wine) last week but I still feel that I shouldn't have syns at all. For week 2 which starts tomorrow I'm going to have some non-wine syns.
 
B = 1 apple
L= quorn mince and homemade chilli and boiled rice
D= muller light if anything
HeA skimmed milk
 
Had and apple and just cooking a 1 syn tesco meat free burger. Going to wrap it in lettuce with some tomato :) I know it's late but I just feel hungry.
 
Well done vic!!!!! whoo whoo!!!! Told you you would lose! The meat free burgers, are they made with quorn, just asking because I cant have that, but may be interested if it is something else.
 
I'm not sure holly's nan but I'll look tonight when I get back home. They are lovely so I hope u can eat them!

B = 2 quorn sausages
L= homemade syn free quorn mince chilli and rice, muller light strawberry and an apple if I've got room.
D= hopefully a syn free valentines meal!!
 
Late last night = 2 tesco meat free burgers ( 1/2 syn each) wrapper in iceberg lettuce with 2 extra light laughing cow cheese triangles heA

Options Belgian choc drink 2 syns.

Today
B= 2 quorn sausages, 1 apple

L= boiled rice, homemade chilli left overs. Cup of green tea.
 
Wow! Welldone on that 7lb, that's fantastic!
I'm on day 2 of not smoking so I'm desperately hoping I don't gain too much weight:(
 
Hiya sunshine7!
I stopped smoking 14 months ago and it was hard but worth it! Ive put weight on because i started picking at food instead of having a cigarette but i was eating the wrong food! if id have know what free food was back then i dont think id be in this mess so you're in a better position than me so you'll do it :).

Have no idea what to have for dinner tonight tho, maybe slimming world chips and egg and beans.
