Day 2!!!

B= hifi bar

L= low fat supernoodles, quorn.

D= pasta, quorn slices, sweetcorn, ff fromage frais, hard boiled egg.
 
L= muller light.

D= boiled rice, quorn pieces, 3 ex light tri, fresh pineapple hea, pitta bread coop (heb)
 
B= slice of fresh yummy pineapple, alpine light, green tea.

L= boiled rice, green beans, egg and quorn.
 
Snack = alpen light ( other half of hexb)

D= quorn peppered steak, fresh pineapple, gerkin, jalapeño, co op pitta (hexb) SW chips, baked beans.
 
Supper last night, boiled rice and quorn pieces.

B= alpen light 1/2 heb, apple

L= LF supernoodles , deli quorn, muller light. Green tea.
 
D= pasta, cauliflower, broccoli, quorn pieces, mushrooms, ff natural yoghurt, chives, sweetcorn.

Supper= coop pitta heb, 25g Edam, 1 extra light LC triangle hexa, jalepenos , quorn deli ham slices. lovely pitta pizza :)

Syns 4, SW ferrero rochers.

Going to try a week without adding extra salt to EVERYTHING and see of my weight loss speeds up to more than 1-2 lb a week. 100% on plan for 8 weeks now and lost 16 lb.
 
Still 100% on plan and down to 12 st 2. Coming off but very slowly! Have been TTC since Christmas so hopefully that may have something to do with it as I'm late!! Wish me luck!
