Day 2!!!

Gutted :( got some new scales and I weight 5lb more on them than my sister's scales :(.

up late again so just finished off the last of last nights boiled rice with 2 eggs.

2 extra light laughing cow tri

L= low fat noodles, 1 quorn sausage wrapped in 1 slice bread from 400g wholemeal loaf (nimble) with 1 ex light tri.

I'm hoping I can split the b choice ( 1 light alpen and 1 slice bread) and count it as 1 heb choice.
 
Snack= apple, pear, tangerine

D= pasta, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, quorn meatballs, garlic, 2 slices wholemeal bread 400g loaf.

Syns 14 2 glasses white wine :)

L= SW chips (from last night urgh but dont like wasting food) baked beans, quorn sausages, Muller light cherry if I can fit it in.

Couldn't fit in the muller light but had a 4. 1/2 syn ribena smoothie lolly at my mums.

Have not got a clue what to have for dinner/ tea :( I have everything I could possibly need fir a green day yet not appetite for anything :/ weird.
 
D= SW potato wedges, 4 slices chilled quorn bacon (1/4 syn), 3 table spoons sainsburys bgty plain cottage cheese, pineapple (1 syn), jalepenos. Lots of broccoli :) chilli powder, pepper a d a bit of garlic.
