Day 2...

Restarted yesterday, had a slip up and had a mc d's sweetchilli wrap meal, but also had my 2 shakes & an amazing 4.5litres of water.

On my second day and had to fight temptation to make myself a burger (work in burger king :( ) but I have managed it, I have just finished my 1st shake of the day and am now on my 2nd helping of a 1.5l bottle of water :)

I think, I hope I have reached my light bulb moment and this will b me for the next 3 wks then I have a wedding but I will b straight back on plan
