Hey Eire girl I am also from Eire! seems to be alot of us out there! I am starting again after putting on 2 and a half stone and its sooo hard!! day one tomorrow again! off i go! use are all doing brilliant tho keep up the good work!

Ya there are a ton of irish people on here which is really nice It is super tough at the start but once you see your first weight loss you will be over the moon

I think because I've done this before makes it harder somehow!! You would think I should no how good it is and how good u feel when you are on it but my heads not where it should be but after tonight it's there!! Thanks for the support! How long are you on it?
