Day 3 - again!

Some of you might remember me, some of you might not. I started lipotrim last erm June I think it was and lost 5 stone. Unfortunately, because of reason after reason i came off the diet and put 2 stone back on, yay! not! LOL.

Nevermind, it's done now and I'm back on the diet - i'm up to day 3 so I think I'm back into the swing of things.

Good luck to everyone this week and i hope you get good losses. xx

how do u update ur ticker or does it update itself if so how lol !!!!

you have to click on your ticker and put in the password that you entered when you first set it up. Then you just change the details. you have to copy and paste it back into your signature.

i suppose its more complicated to explain that it actually is. LOL i think there is a thread somewhere that explains it better than i just did. have a look in the sticky threads at the top xx

Hi Vicki L. I remember you! I am a fellow reoffender here! Lost just over 3 stone last year and put almost a stone back on! But hey back on track now and week 2 weigh in tomorrow.

You will get back into it in no time. Welcome back hun!

Hi Hun, well done for getting back on it and for loosing 5 stone, WOW! Im on week 3 and struggle every day but it will be worth it, I hope :)

thanks guys. i get excited about every day that goes past that i haven't eaten. the weight is already coming off (4lb after 2 days according to my scales) so thats a nice little boost to keep me going. I did 19 weeks on this diet last time, it's so worth doing, so keep going xxx

Hi guys, let me just say well done for getting back into gear. I have made a promise to myself that I will do this LT only once in my lifetime, once I have lost 51 lbs, I'm sure I will be only too pleased to eat small, healthy meals....this diet is very, very hard for me as most days I'm so hungry and soooo longing to eat its painful!! And yes, I am drinking enough, at least 5 pints a day!!

Your more of an expert than me but I wouldnt recommend weighing yourself everyday!

Alot of people including myself have done it and its lead to disapointment! I would wait for a nice surprise each week :)

it helps to keep me going, i did it through the 19 weeks that i did it before and it was always a boost to me. and if i hadn't lost much after weighing myself then it just made it exercise more and drink more water. i suppose everyone is different but it definately helps me! xx

i did 7 weeks, have just had a week off cos of OH's 21st, its mine this weekend but just guna have a protein meal and hopefully stay in ketosis!!

Back on it for the long haul, on day 2, guna do another 7 weeks i think!!

i have found it really hard to get back into. i had about 8 failed attempts at getting back into it. But i woke up on Sunday and just decided i was going to start back on my shakes and go for it. And i'm on day 3 now so i reckon i'm back into the swing of things. my hunger already seems to have subsided. For now at least anyway! lol

i used to randomly have time off the diet for a few days, and always got straight back into it and usually lost what i had put on the week before, and more besides. so don't beat yourself up over having little treats now and again. As long as you get back into it you're ok. it's a very hardcore diet, and sometimes u just mentally need to have that bit of time off! good luck for your loss this week xxx
