Have lost 4lbs so far which I am delighted about.

But even better than that I seem to be no longer suffering from water retention which has been the bane of my life recently!

When I completed the True Weight calculator questions it asked if I could wrap my fingers right around my wrist. I couldn't - there was a significant gap - so I put myself down as 'heavy boned'. But already my fingers fit right round and touch together!

Also, my stomach is much less bloated and my cankles are resembling ankles!!

Yay for dukan! :D Are changes this early on the norm?

Well done!

I glanced at myself in a mirror in a shop yesterday and thought I looked thinner, then I realised it was a curved one to make you look slimmer!

I think my trousers may be a little looser or maybe it's wishful thinking.

I was thinking the exact same thing last night about my cankles! Normally at the end of the day they are really swollen, but last night (after 1 week on Dukan) I realised that they're not puffy anymore. I've also noticed that my rings feel slightly looser, yayy!! :D

I know it isn't fat loss, just all the fluid that has been swamping my body for the last few years but it is great all the same! Can see a difference in my face too.

I'm dying to try on a pair of jeans I used to fit into (my skinny jeans). I'm too scared even though I can see a definite change in my shape, not being able to get into them may put a slight damper on my day. I'm gonna wait till I've lost another 4 pounds, am confident about fitting into them then.
I really had lost hope of fitting into them again and almost threw them out a few months ago.

What a great motivating factor that is lockets! You should hang them up so they are in sight in your bedroom so that every morning when you wake you know what you are aiming for!

I have clothes in ALL sizes that I have gathered over the years. Literally have clothes bagged ranging from size 8 to 18 (when I was at my heaviest). Am around a 14-16 just now so might need to pull out the bag of 12's to movitate me!

Oh and chuck out all the 18s. No way I am going to needing THEM again!
