Time to do this...

Pretty pleased actually considering I weighed myself a few days ago and I weighed 4lbs more(!)..... I'm becoming aware that if SW is going to work for me I need to listen to what it tells me - don't go hungry, make sure you eat and that you eat till you're full (on the free foods, anyway!!).

There's lots to be said for not weighing during the week hun, your weight does bounce around. I'm trying not to weigh outside of the official SW WI evening - it's hard but actually much better in the long run for my head! :)

Re breakfast, what about eggs - I love then happily, so bacon and egg, mushroom omelette, scrambled eggs - all good!

Or ham roll ups with asparagus? Yogurt?
