Day 3 and feeling all wobbly!?

Hi, am on day 3 and went into ketosis yesterday according to the ketostix. I feel all weak and wobbly today, really lethargic and like i could curl up in a ball. Am at work and intended to go to the gym at lunch but right now even leaving the building feels a hard task!

ALl though i dont feel hungry ive just had some cheese and a glass of water but still feeling poo :(
Is this atkins flu? Should i be past that if im in ketosis?

Any advice please? Thank yooou :)
 
Hiya. It sounds like Atkins flu and could last a few days until your body adjusts. I get headaches and feel really tired but it will go away. Probably worth giving the gym a miss until you feel better which won't be long x
