Thanks for the support and messages i have recieved, i am on day 3 and feeling realy good i am a little bit hungry but not thinking about food as much as i thought, drinking loads of water had a sneaky peep on my scales this morning which was the same as the pharmacy scales and its saying i lost 6 lbs oh i hope they are right lol can't wait for next week's weigh in !

i did'nt feel to good yesturday went to bed very early last night and felt a little sorry for myself hope you feel better tommorrow keep drinking the water and i am finding black coffee helps.

Black coffee is my secret weapon on this diet!

Its sooo good to have something warm!!!

You will find the next 2 days quite hard probably but once you hit ketosis it is totally worth it!! so hang in there!!

Believe it or not i havent had a coffee in 3 days god knows y, i know u can drink it, its just i have a bottle of water attatched to my hand haha, off now to go get a coffee (black of course) xx
