Day 3 and... Ketosis!!!?

Hi!

Well would you Adam and Eve it... I tried a Ketostick this morning, not expecting anything yet, but it was pink!! I'm in ketosis already?? Doesn't it usually take 4 or 5 days?

Not that I'm complaining... I'm so excited about my visit from the Ketosis Fairy!! It was like waking up on Christmas morning and finding your pressies on the end of the bed!

Everyone's different, some people take 4/5 days and some enter Ketosis earlier - you must be one of the lucky ones hun
