In case it helps anyone just starting - I'm on day three and am finding the hunger much easier to cope with today.  I endured most of yesterday feeling hungry all the time but I think my body's adjusting and I've just had my first shake of the day (and I wasn't desperate for it like yesterday!).
 
ALthough the first couple of days were hard, I just kept telling myself when I felt hungry that it meant I was losing weight - if you're at this stage please just try to get through it and look forward to the next day when it will get a bit easier.
