I'm on day 4 and today is the first day that I have'nt felt hungry. Y'day was a complete nightmare hungerwise - did'nt resist though. Just think you can do this and you will do this. People have probably said drink lots of water - it is so boring but it does work!
I am drinking the water and green tea and lots of it but its the empty feeling grrr !! and I think working nights makes it worse as I dont sleep well so awake from lunchtime until the following morning so using more energy, last one tonight for a couple of weeks.

then you will get the "head hunger" which you will be suprised by triggers
I thought mine would be at work, but are actually at home seeing br**d missing ch*ps
have you tried the black coffee trick? Usually helps with cravings
well I had a better night shift last night I just had an extra soup about 4am, I dont think it will hamper my weight loss will it ? I cant afford to be fainting at work lol anyway thats me back on day work now
