Day 3 - Finding it REALLY tough!

Goodmorning honey, day three is notoriously bad, everyone seems to hit a wall on this day, hang on in there you are so close to ketosis. I had a bad day three (and four come to that) but I am at day 10 now and it is pretty much easy going. Keep glugging the water, split your packs and make up 6 instead of 3 to keep you going x x

you will soon feel wonderful, and turn your nose up at toast etc, secretly laughing in your head that everyone else is getting fatter as you get thinner lol

Keep going, you are doing so well. Is bloody hard work, but once you get into the habit of CD it does get easier. Just wait until your first weigh in - it will make the difficult days so much more bareable.

Green Tea can Help

Hi YM --

Hang in there. It does get better. Eclipse's advice is very good --spilting your packs and spreading them evenly through out the day can help.

And, the people doing the 30 Day shred recommended Green Tea -- and I have been trying to drink 3 cups a day and that seems to curb my hunger and boost my energy.

Hey well done for sticking to it! i too am on day 3 and its mostly been ok but i have had a few moments where ive wanted to eat something but resisted! We have roughly the same amount to lose aswell :)

Hi Hun,

Keep at it, it will get better. Days 2 - 4 are the worst. I am on day4 and its a struggle but i know that it gets easier.

Thanks guys, if it wasnt for this site, I think i would have given up on day 1!!!! Here's to day 4!

Kellymarie, my weigh in is next wednesday, it will be fun to compare our losses :)
