DAY 3 - its been hard!!

    Hi all, day 3 on SS for me and its been a tough one as felt a bit hungry and started thinking about wot I wld eat if I cld!!

    I've made it through the day tho:), have had my water and even found enough energy to go to the gym.

    hpe every1 else doing well & keeping positive, keep going!!

    Well done you. I'm here on day 3 aswell and it is a struggle this evening, its just on my brain a lot tonight.
    Having my soup now so will hopefully help!

    Day 1-3 is rubbish :D it's a given but after that, generally it's fab :D

    Dont worry hun it does get better you will also find that your energy gradually comes flooding back keep glugging the water as this helps x

    Ditto to the above posts; its defintely a case of the diet gets easier as you progress through the first few days. Good Luck - we want to share the happiness of the exciting week 1 weigh-in!
