Day 3: should i go EE or Green?

    I was supposed to be going out for a family dinner tonight to an Italian but as my 3 yr old is poorly i will have to stay at home with her.

    soooooooo, i know i would like to have an indian takeaway tonight and i have been looking up the best options.

    So chicken Dhansak and boiled rice it is with a bit of mango chutney...but would that be best achieved having an EE day so i limit my HEa's and b's, or would ibe best served to go green and syn the chicken dhansak?

    Daft question maybe but not sure. I am new to all of this.
