Day 3

Well it day 3 nearly over and I am knackered, couldn't get my car doors open this morning so boss picked me up but had to walk home which took me 40 minutes (exercise over for today) Need to drink a bit more water as haven't had much at all and only 1 coffee. Only good thing to come about today is that I will need to go to bed early to recover. My WII told me this morning that I had lost 4lbs so really chuffed with that. I too have attempted re-satart several times and failed miserably so even more determined this time even if it means coming on here and bore you all silly.
Has anyone else notice that your body after the first time around goes into ketosis quicker?

Hi Debbie i have noticed a few differences, ketosis came quicker, bad breath not as bad, can drink so much more water, no headaches as long as have my intake of water, no stomach cramps, it's loads better this time! Even the hunger demons have yet to rear their head. Maybe it's because i ate like i was going into hibernation for 6 months for a couple of days before starting. lol
