hello x dont worry about eating too much thats the joy of this diet.

you will be fine over the weekend (honestly ;) )
im a serial scale hopper so shouldnt advise but once a week.
when is your official weigh in day?
am using today wednesdays as my official way day from now on

i feel like i been eating loads and stuff myself

must keep guzzling the water

I am still surprised that i'm allowed to eat AND lose weight at the same time lol :)

Agreed jim. I'm sick of doing diets where your constantly starving which leads to a crash and binge when you've had enough. Iv not really felt hungry in the past 3 days apart from this morning at around 5am when I was starving, staying in bed though was a better option.

Your doing great hunni, day 4 for us now!! Come on we can do it.

so true what u say jim we been brainwashed into thinking we need t starve to loose weight
