keep at it, day 3 n 4 were the worst for me after this you will kick into ketosis and find headaches and hunger go alot easier, i'm at end of week 2 early and havent had headache or hunger for few days now :) it will be worth it when you step on those scales x

Don't give up I'm on day 10... Days 3+5 were awfully tough .. The last few days I don't feel hungry at all.. No pains nothing.. Body is obviously settling into ketosis now.. Stick with it xx

Agree with what has been posted. This time next week those feelings will be forgotten. Keep at it.

best of luck....great advice - cant add anything more - other than a few headache tabs and a nice bubble bath.......works for me!!

keep going love,paracetamol,plenty of fluids help ,perhaps you need to increase your fluid intake .....i had aromatherapy candles lit ,they seemed to help..
