well i aint going to lie to you but yesterday was pure murder... i was crabbit, tired and absolutly starving!!! i was even considering maybe starting a new diet just so i could eat again. needless to say i ended up in bed early after nearly bursting into tears! anyhoo im glad i didnt cave cause today so far i feel fine. im assuming ketosis kicked in yesterday... oh and i couldnt help but weigh myself this morning and the scales told me i was 12lb lighter so lets hope my scales are just as good as cdc's and wasnt telling me porkies lol.

12 lb  That is fantastic!
I have a question: is there any difference between lb and lbs? Kind of figured out that lb is English and lbs is from America (if it is true)

Is it not that a lbs is around 440gram and lb half a kilo thus 500 gram?
