Day 4 and a riveting weekend to look forward to.

So, I'm on lipo for the second time properly. It's hard this time i don't know why. Maybe because i've rammed three course meals and chocolate down my face for a month solid? My blood sugar is wondering what the hells happening. I think it will settle down in a few days. Had headaches, wanted to kill people, felt faint but been focussed at work. Its weekends that are the worst because i feel cheated. I should be eating and drinking wine like everyone i know!
Anyway, it will get better. I felt amazing last time. On a positive note my skin feels fabulous, i've worked hard all week and my face feels thinner already. Need to get 25lbs off for October. Once i get the energy blast I'll plan activities for the weekend for next few weeks. Who knows what's going to happen on the bank holiday!!
It's all about will power and when you wake up every morning with an excellent feeling that you've stuck at it and your overhang is disappearing, it's all worth it!

Hiya

I am on my second round too. I am on day 3 this time. Pretty hungry I have to say. The first time I did it was in May of this year. I lost 2 stone. I went off it in June and gained 12 lbs back so decided to bite the bullet and go for it big time. I find it a bit harder this time too. But I also remember how good it felt to drop 2 stone in a matter of weeks.

No glass of wine or box of chocolates can taste as good as that eh!!!

Having said that there is a gorgeous bottle of wine in my fridge staring at me - I could remove it but I am leaving it there to punish myself for the overindulgent June and July I just had!!

I am so looking forward to weigh in on Wednesday and really hope it goes well as that is def the greatest incentive to keep going.

i know how you feel!it's my second time round too!I'm just on day 2 and finding today hard :cry:!the weekend is going to be really hard and especially when I feel my friends don't understand why I'm doing the diet and are trying to convince me to go out :mad: I know how great I'll fell when I lose the weight so I have to keep that to the front of my mind when I feel I'm going to slip up!can't wait for weigh-in cos then the hard work all seems worth it!hope you can keep it up for the weekend too!it's gonna be hard but keep your goal in mind and it'l get you through! xx

Week 1=8 pounds off

Hi Guys,

Well i lost 8 pounds so that was good! I'm keeping going this week and probably assess the situation then. I would be happy just getting to healthy BMI then joining Slimming World but I want to get to 140. Thats another 1 stone 8! Part of me thinks just stick at it and get rid of it all first! I am socially isolated though! Haha! Cannot bring myself to see my friends as they hate me doing this because I'm no fun! No food, no wine=boring friend. Still, my moods have subsided now so that's good.
My boyfirend is semi supportive but doesnt really like me doing it as we like eating together. He asked me to stop yesterday. Anyway, he has lost about half a stone himself because he's been eating healthily so I think I'm a feeder!
Definately deserve this "punishment" after one solid months of three course meals! Fell well off the wagon!
I am looking forward to some red wine though :)
