Day 4 and doing ok

Its day four of the CD feeling ok just going to spend the weekend with my family have warned my mum, but just hope i can go with out the wine ahhhhhhhhhhh

Well done! I'm on day 5 now, found day 4 really hard and had all my shakes by like half 1 so had a very hungry evening haha!
