    I'm at my parents home and my dad is cooking. Even though the kitchen is FAAR away and all the doors are closed I can smell what he's cooking.

    And unfortunately (for me) my dad is a somewhat famous chef and the food smells SOOO good.

    I normally don't get desire for food but its just this damn fragrance is getting to me. This is hard :cry:

    Oh well. I did it, I had a piece. Not the end of the world. Thankfully it was spiced grilled lamb pieces so I'm only hopefully it didn't kick me outta ketosis.

    It's really tough hun- thankfully if you only had a piece of meat it might not have kicked you out of ketosis.

    You just have to remember that the cravings are in your head and not your tum!!

    Get back on it- it will SO be worth it when you go for your WI!!!

    Ahhhh you should have stuck it out and not given in! A few more hours/by tomorrow you will have been in ketosis and your journey would have been well under way.

    You have now probably back tracked a day atleast. I dont think the meat would have knocked you but the spices will have.

    What a pity you cracked!!! What's done is done. Move on!!! Keep a bottle of water to hand at all times and take a few sips whenever you are tempted. This evening in the garden I could smell my neighbours barbie and it was driving me wild but out came the water and the crisis was averted. The cravings are only the conditioning we have had over the years. Keep strong

    keep going girl first weigh in coming up and when you have lost it all your dad can cook all your low fat meals x x x

    it isso hard i n kow, but if you can stickit out the results are well worth it, when the smell of food cooiking gets to me i have a shower or a bath with loads of bubble bath so i cant smell the food,, this usually works 4 me.and always keep water very near you thats the secret weapon of this diet... try and not to crack again as this will affect your weight loss in the long term and will result in you being dissappointed and tempted to cheat again its that vicious circle we have all been in xx good luck 4 the rest of the week hun xx
    p.s ..would love to know who your dad is lol im just being nosy xx

    it is hard but it does get easier. Just keep yourself busy.
