Day 4 and still hungry!!!!

If any one needs more incentive to drink more water I can absolutely say that it's impact on my cellulite has been MASSIVE! My boyfriend has said how even though I have weighed less whilst we have been going out I have never had a smoother bum of thighs- I can even see it myself, it a noticeable improvement. I have also noticed that after a week of drinking less water the cellulite starts to show more again! :kissass:
 
Take your water BEFORE eating rather than during/after as it will go through the stomach first then the food can follow after, settle in the stomach and not get flushed through which may help satisfy the hunger pangs
 
Great thanks guys yes I do make up about a litre with my shake and try and have a glass before but i prob forget the rest the time I really do need to try harder it makes me heave though x
