Day 4 Done...just another 80 to go!!

Hi everyone
This is my first time doing a meal replacement diet. Thankfully the first 2 days are done. I felt horrid. Feeling much better now and quite motivated! Trouble is my concentration and focus is atrocious. I even managed to spill my glass of water 3 times over me. I'm sure my colleagues think I'm loony (only just returned after a year off on maternity)! Does this clumsiness etc go??
I'm loving the soups though! Delicious!!

Have about 6ish Stone to lose but realistically would be happy with 5. Not much then.....hmmmmmmmm ?.

The hubby is doing it too which is helping although he only wants to
Lose a stone!

Welcome! The good news is you've done the hardest days now so the next 80 should be a breeze! (Well, something like that anyway!)
Like you I had 5-6 stone to lose when I started, my main aim is to fit comfortably back into my size 14s (I'm tall) so will see if I can do that when I've lost 5 stone and if not lose a bit more. I've done 12 weeks and have lost 3.5 stone already - its amazing on Exante how those goals that seem so far away to start with suddenly seem so close!
I *think* my brain-power has returned since the first week, but it might just be that I've got used to it!!

Wow that is fab!!! I hope I can keep on track!! 3.5st by Xmas would be amazing! Well done!!!!!
I passed the ultimate challenge yesterday I baked strawberry tarts and lots of homemade 'grub' for my 1yr old for the week and didn't have a bite!!.... I won't lie I wanted to... BAD!! plus it was our wedding anniversary so instead of going out for a meal we celebrated with..... Thai chicken soup!!! LUSH!! haha
