Hello - I started Slim and Save on Monday. I said i wasn't going to post (I have been reading your posts every day though!) until i had done at least a week, after starting and failing Exante last year after a week!
However i can't seem to find the follwing information in a thread or on the internet. I think i am in Ketosis, but i'm starting to worry as i am experiencing severe muscle pain. It feels like the pain you get the day after you have had an intense workout.
I'm drinking about 3.5 litres, and taking a multi vitamin. Is this a symptom of Ketosis, i don't remember getting this on Exante? I haven't take any pain killers yet, but may take some and have a nice long bath and see how i go
