Day 4!!

Im still here my lap top jus broke so I am now on day 4 and feeling much much better!!!
I have lost half a stone now!!!
I called my CDC and she has started a new group on tuesday eve where there are 10 women so can talk with others!!! Looking forward to that now!!
I will fit in my wedding dress!!!

Hey Bo lady, half a stone already! Thats ace! Im on day five and have lost 5lb so far, but im not drinking enough water. Gonna try and get more down me neck today. Just hate having to go loo every ten mins!
