Day 5 and need help

Hi guys I'm on day 5 and not felt hungry until today, I think it is because I did a Zumba class. If I'm still hungry in the evening can I have an extra shake/soup/bar with out it taking me out of ketosis?
Also, does any one know what you can and can't eat with your 400 kcals on working solutions?

You can indeed have 4 packs a day. As for working solution it should tell you in your booklet the kinds of things you can eat but basically stick to protein and green leafy veg and you will be fine.
